This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between 42 Enterprises Inc. ("The Company"), a Delaware corporation, and you, the user ("Licensee"), and governs the use of the LampBuilder software codebase ("Software").
The Company hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use and modify the Software, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Licensee may use and modify the Software for personal and commercial purposes, and may incorporate the Software into an unlimited number of products.
Licensee agrees not to use the Software to build products that directly compete with LampBuilder or incorporate it into a no-code website or app builder. Licensee shall not resell the Software, nor share their access to the Software with others. Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of this license and may subject Licensee to legal action.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including associated intellectual property rights, are owned by The Company. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Software to Licensee.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, Licensee must not download, install, or use the Software.
