By using the services provided by LampBuilder, a product owned and operated by 42 Enterprises Inc. ("The Company"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
LampBuilder provides a no-code website building service using artificial intelligence. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
All content posted on your website is the sole responsibility of the account holder from which such content originated. The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. The Company reserves the right to remove content that does not comply with our content policy or is harmful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
The codebase for your website can be downloaded for a fee of $25. This purchase is governed by the LampBuilder Software License. By purchasing the codebase, you agree to be bound by the terms of the LampBuilder Software License.
The Company offers free hosting for 14 days. After this period, the cost is $1 per month per site, billed annually.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.
The Company reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
